Because of the volatility in all the grain markets, we are buying grain only when the markets are open and trading, 9:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Contracting new crop grains require 5,000 bushel increments for wheat, milo, and corn and 1,000 bushel increments for soybeans. We are now contracting 2009 wheat.
