1) Credit Manager - (See full job description

  • Requirements (Summary)
    •  A minimum of two years prior experience in Credit and Collections
    •  Prior experience in UCC filings and personal guarantees
    •  Solid working knowledge of computer software
    •  Proficient in reading and interpreting financial statements and dealing with financial and numerical data
    •  Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal with complaints in a friendly and professional manner
    •  Strong written and oral communication skills
    •  Detail orientated, self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
  • Job Duties (Summary)
    • Manage the Credit Policy with the CEO, CFO and Board
    • Set credit limits on customers, set charging privileges for customers, routinely check and monitor creditworthiness of customers
    • Conduct collection routines for customer credit purchases
    • Maintain accounts receivable aging information within the accounting system
    • Manages account setup and maintains information in accounting system
    • Customer service for billing and accounting issues
    • Complete month end procedures for accounts receivable financials
    • Generate and send monthly accounts receivable statements
    • Maintain and support financing programs offered by the company
    • Process and make accounting entries for the company credit card purchases
    • Other duties as assigned

2) Summer Harvest Help

  • Requirements
    •  Must be at least eighteen years of age
    • Must have your own reliable source of transportation to and from the job site (you will be working at a country elevator - many of which are miles away from a town)
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
    • Must be able to do basic manual labor
    • Basic computer skills preferred, but not required
    • This job requires long hours
  • Job duties
    • Dumping and loading trucks at the elevator
    • Sweeping dump pits and general cleaning / upkeep duties
    • Weighing trucks and sampling grain for moisture, weight and condition
    • Data entry
    • Other duties as assigned

3) Dighton Crop Production Yard Position 

  • Requirements
    •  A clean driving record
    • Have or be able to obtain CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • Job duties
    • Maintenance of equipment-pickups to implements. 
    • Make deliveries of chemicals and fertilizers with pickup and trailer, tandem, or semi. 
    • Fill and deliver anhydrous ammonia nurse trailers.
    • Other duties as assigned
