Garden City Co-op employee selected to WinField United Senior Crop Advisor Program

Sales Manager and Agronomist, Ryan Kennedy, will join the top 2 percent of retail sellers as part of elite development program.   

GARDEN CITY, Kan. –  In an era of change and disruption, Garden City Co-op, Inc. is committed to staying on the cutting edge of the agricultural landscape to provide increasing value to our farmer-owners. One way we do this is by continually developing our talent.

We are pleased to announce that Garden City Sales Manager/Agronomist Ryan Kennedy has been selected to participate in the Senior Crop Advisor Program sponsored by WinField United. This elite program provides professional development for top retail agronomy sellers across the country. The Senior Crop Advisor Program provides skill development in leadership, ag technology, problem solving, industry trends, agronomy and product expertise, along with networking and peer learning.
This elite group, which is comprised of about 2 percent of the sellers in the WinField United network, is selected through a nomination and selection process by WinField United along with retail owner management input and approval. Kennedy as his peers will formally meet twice a year in addition to local engagement throughout the year to provide continued development.
