Jeremy Peebles Named New Vice President of Petroleum at the Garden City Co-op, Inc.

GARDEN CITY, KS - The Garden City Co-op, Inc. is pleased to announce the hire of Jeremy Peebles as the new Vice President of Petroleum.  

"I want to welcome Jeremy Peebles to the Garden City Co-op, Inc," said General Manager and CEO, Jeff Boyd.  "I believe Jeremy will be a great leader for our Petroleum team. His skills and prior experience in the Co-op energy business will be an asset for our Petroleum department to continue creating value for our farmers and energy customers. Jeremy is ready to execute on our strategic plan and grow our energy business."

Peebles comes to Garden City from Greeley, Colorado where he most recently was the Lead Energy Sales Representative for Agfinity, Inc. in Loveland. Prior to his role with Agfinity, he worked for United Cooperative in Wisconsin as a Cenex Lubricant Terminal Manager and Energy Sales Development Specialist.  He also has experience as a Certified Energy Specialist for Cenex.  

He brings over ten years of dedicated and results-driven experience, providing leadership and influence for the largest cooperatives in Wisconsin and Colorado.  This cumulative experience has given him expertise in such areas as program & promotion development, profitable sales growth, pricing & margin management, communication and customer experience.  

Peebles attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

He will assume the duties of Vice President of Petroleum beginning in February.
