Patron Access: Your Grain, Your Data
 
Our Patron Access platform gives you real-time insights into your grain activity, including:

• Bushel balances at all elevator locations
• Tickets & active contracts
• Sorting, filtering, & export options for better tracking

We've updated the Patron Access website to be more user-friendly and mobile-friendly, while keeping the same great features you rely on. New enhancements include sorting and filtering options plus easy exporting to Microsoft Excel for better record-keeping.
 
How to Access Patron Portal
Visit www.gccoop.com and click Patron Access, or go directly to patron.gccoop.com.
 
Use your existing credentials to log in, or request a new account if needed.
 
Navigating Patron Access

• Proof of Yield – Select your account (if you have multiple) and a date range. Your tickets will display with filtering options at the top.
• Scale Tickets – Download copies of individual tickets using the link on the right, or use the All Tickets button to download every ticket in your query.
• Grain Balances – View your current balances at each elevator location.
• Contract Positions & Tickets – Click the Tickets link to see details on contract balances.
• Helpful Forms – Available under the Downloads section in the menu.
