GCC Energy will soon transition to a new operating and billing system designed specifically for the fuel and energy industry. This change supports new technology and future service enhancements.  

What You Need to Know

• You will continue to receive detailed Energy invoices. While the invoice format may look slightly different, you can choose how you'd like to receive them—by mail or electronically through paperless billing.
• Monthly statements will continue to include Energy charges. As part of the transition, Energy transactions will appear with new invoice numbering.
