Automated Fuel Delivery (AFD) is a smarter, more streamlined way to keep your tanks full and your operation moving forward.
In 2025, GCC introduced AFD to offer our customers a more convenient fueling option. AFD is designed to eliminate the hassle of managing fuel levels manually. Instead of checking gauges and making phone calls, members who enroll in AFD will have monitors installed on their fuel tanks. These monitors track real-time usage and automatically notify our team when it's time for a delivery. The result is a worry-free experience that ensures your tanks stay full without you having to lift a finger.
But AFD isn’t just about convenience. It also brings a new level of efficiency to the delivery process, helping us reduce transportation costs and improve service reliability. For you, that means fewer delays, more consistent delivery and the peace of mind that comes with knowing your operation won’t be interrupted by low fuel.
Along with smarter delivery comes a more flexible way to pay. AFD opens the door to new billing options that can help improve cash flow and make budgeting easier. Instead of paying for large deliveries all at once, members have the option to pay only for the fuel used each month. Fuel is billed at the average monthly rack price, offering more predictability and transparency.
This program is available to all members, regardless of tank size or delivery volume.
There’s no added cost to enroll in AFD. The fuel monitors and the service itself are provided free of charge, made possible by the efficiency gained through automated tracking and optimized delivery routes.
Of course, we understand that some members may prefer to stick with the traditional method of ordering fuel. That option remains available and manual orders can still be placed and billed upon delivery as usual.
